1. Who we are
Trakly operates trytrakly.com, an influencer ROI tracking platform. References to "we", "us", or "Trakly" mean the Trakly service. For privacy enquiries, contact hello@trytrakly.com.
2. Data we collect
- Creators: email address, social media handle, platform, follower count, engagement rate, niche.
- Brands: brand name, website, category, budget range, work email address, Stripe billing details (held by Stripe, not us).
- Tracking pixel: order ID, order value, timestamp. We hash IP addresses and never store raw IPs.
- Usage data: page views and clicks on creator cards (event type, timestamp). No personal data is stored in card events.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the Service — creator cards, brand dashboards, conversion tracking.
- To calculate and pay affiliate commissions.
- To send transactional emails (magic links, sale notifications, weekly digests) via Resend.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.
4. Third-party services
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
- Stripe — payment processing and creator payouts.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — application hosting.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@trytrakly.com. Stripe billing records may be retained for legal compliance.
6. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact hello@trytrakly.com.
7. Cookies
We set a single first-party cookie (trakly_ref) to track affiliate referrals for 30 days. This cookie does not contain personal data. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
